Received an email from Larry Murray (BMA Member) about his experience at the Off-Road Fitness Study.... Thought I'd share it with everyone in hopes that it might encourage more of you to participate!
"It was a lot of fun!!!! I'm a 57 year old male and the only exercise I get is riding my bike. I never felt embarrassed or was I asked to do anything I didn’t want. Congratulations
Congratulations to Graham McGregor who won the first of two Pre-Entry draws for the Gooderham Trail Ride being held July 19th & 20th as a part of the Ontario Trail Ride Series.
